Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Understand your options before and after purchasing tickets.

1. General Policy

All ticket purchases made through TicketHub are final and non-refundable, except as outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the event organizer:

  • Customers will be eligible for a full refund, or
  • Alternative options may be offered (such as credit or transfer), depending on the organizer

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

3. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will remain valid for the new date
  • If you are unable to attend, refund eligibility will be determined by the event organizer’s policy

4. Changes to Events

Event details such as:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Venue
  • Line-up or performers

May change without prior notice. These changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless stated by the event organizer.

5. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you believe you have made a duplicate or accidental purchase:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase
  • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Approval is not guaranteed

6. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend an event (including late arrival or denied entry due to personal reasons) does not qualify for a refund.

7. Incorrect Information

TicketHub is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email address or contact details provided
  • Failure to receive tickets due to spam filters or user error
  • Providing incorrect attendee information

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

9. Role of TicketHub

TicketHub acts as a ticketing platform and is not the event organizer unless explicitly stated.

  • Event organizers are responsible for:
    • Event delivery
    • Event changes
    • Specific refund decisions (where applicable)
